Don DeLoach is CEO and president of Infobright. Don has over 25 years of software industry experience, with demonstrated success building software companies with extensive sales, marketing and international experience. Prior to Infobright Don was CEO of Aleri, the complex event processing company, which was acquired by Sybase in February 2010. Prior to Aleri, Don served as President and CEO of YOUcentric, a CRM software company, where he led the growth of the company’s revenue from $2.8M to $25M in three years, before being acquired by JD Edwards. Prior to YOUcentric, Don spent five years in senior sales management at Sybase, rising from District Manager to Vice President of North American Geographic Sales, Telesales, Channels, and Field Marketing. He has also served as a Director at Broadbeam Corporation and Apropos Inc.
Don is active in community service, and is a Director on the board of the Illinois Technology Association and the Juvenile Protective Association in Chicago.
Don has a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As Vice President of Business Development, Paul is responsible for establishing and growing relationships with key Infobright partners.
Prior to joining Infobright in November 2006, Paul Desjardins served as Vice President Corporate Branches North America at Shred-it Corporation where he was responsible for sales and operations.
Paul joined Shred-it from BCE Emergis, where he was Vice President of Canadian Sales. Prior to that, he built a 20-year career at Xerox Canada Ltd., Canadian Tire Corporation and Jetform. Desjardins joined Xerox in 1984 as a finance analyst, became a sales representative in Toronto and then held a variety of field sales and management positions. His roles at Canadian Tire and Jetform included Director Business Services and Vice President Sales.
Paul has 23 years of industry and sales experience and holds a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario (Canada).
As VP, Marketing, Nikki Gore is responsible for the product marketing and marketing communications strategies and programs at Infobright. Nikki is a veteran marketing executive whom, through career spanning 20 years in the high tech industry, brings solid marketing leadership and experience in the global marketplace. Prior to joining Infobright, Nikki was VP, Marketing at QuickPlay Media. Previous positions including owning Siren Marketing, a successful marketing consultancy as well as holding executive marketing positions at a number of mid and large size companies including Baan, Microsoft and Critical Path. Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Laurence Gutcher joined Infobright in March 2008. As Infobright’s CFO, Laurence leads the development and implementation of financial best practices throughout company operations and manages important administrative functions such as human resources.
Laurence joined Infobright from PriceMetrix, Inc., a privately held company specializing in advisor productivity solutions for the full-service brokerage industry. During his tenure there, he successfully drove the annual strategic and business planning process. Prior to PriceMetrix, Laurence served as CFO and corporate secretary at Necho Systems Corp., Nevex Software Technologies Inc., and INEX Corporation where, among other duties, he led successful exit strategies for these companies, as well as various debt and equity financings.He started his career at Bell Canada where he held a variety of management positions.
Laurence is a certified management accountant (CMA) and holds an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a B.A.Sc. from University of Toronto. He also studied at Handelshogskolan, the Stockholm School of Economics.
Dan is a very seasoned Senior Executive with 30+ years of broad experience in the technology sector with IBM, Celestica, BlackBerry, and Infobright. He has achieved a reputation as a strong leader by delivering on his commitments, whether it’s innovation, fund raising, revenue growth, cost reduction or complex problem resolution. At , BlackBerry Dan was integral in bringing 6 new BlackBerrys to market in 15 Months. He doubled the size of the Accessories Business to over $350M by creating a standalone business unit and grew the Global Repair business to over $200M. As the Chief Technology Officer and a Founding Executive at Celestica Inc, Dan had the unique opportunity to participate in taking a company public. He was integral in growing Celestica from $1B in revenue to over $10B, 2000, employees to 50,000, and from 2 facilities in North America to 40 across the globe. This included approximately 15 acquisitions, worldwide, totaling billions of dollars in revenue. In addition, he was regularly called upon to represent Celestica with the analyst and investment community in a very tough market. As the Chief Operating Officer at Infobright Dan owns complete responsibility for product development, product management, field service, special projects and IT.
Dominik Slezak received his PhD degree in Computer Science in 2002, from the University of Warsaw, Poland. He has taught at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Poland, as well as at the University of Regina, Canada.
In 2005, he co-founded Infobright, and holds the position of Chief Scientist. Recently, he has also come back to his academic work – research and teaching at University of Warsaw.
Dominik’s research interests are in databases, data mining and soft computing, with a special emphasis on the theory of rough sets – its foundations and usage in hybrid approaches to complex data analysis.
Dominik has co-authored over 100 articles for scientific books, journals, and conferences. He has also co-edited over 20 volumes of conference proceedings and been a featured speaker at conferences around the world. He serves as an editorial board member for several international scientific journals including Information Sciences (INS), Intelligent Information Systems (JIIS), as well as Knowledge and Information Systems (KAIS). He also serves as vice-president of International Rough Set Society.
Graham Toppin joined Infobright in January 2009. Leveraging his 14+ years experience architecting, implementing and supporting customer-centric solutions, he drives Infobright’s product-development vision and processes, including research and development, quality assurance, and customer support. He also is responsible for Infobright’s internal IT systems.
Prior to joining Infobright, Graham held several solutions and sales positions at Cordys, a business-process-management company. Before Cordys, he served as a principal at Sockeye Supply Chain, where his specialities included integration and integration technologies, computational linguistics, computational intelligence and database technologies. Over the years, he has worked in several roles, from product design and development and business process re-engineering to customer deployment and managing large scale projects and programs for Fortune 500 companies.
Tim Tyrrell joined Infobright in 2011. Tim heads the Infobright sales organization, bringing over 13 years of experience developing and leading highly impactful sales teams. He has direct responsibility for all enterprise, OEM/ISV, and partnership efforts globally. Under Tim’s leadership, Infobright has grown significantly in both revenue and customers.
Prior to joining Infobright, Tim spent eight years at SPSS Inc., eventually driving many aspects of the acquisition and integration efforts with IBM. During his time at SPSS & IBM, Tim, managed sales teams across multiple disciplines, including financial services, healthcare, market research, and the public sector. Tim graduated with dual degrees in marketing and international business from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
