Lead Development Representative: As a Lead Development representative you will be nurturing and qualifying leads – identifying key decision-makers, mapping accounts, identifying business drivers, and working collaboratively with both Marketing and Sales to accelerate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess high energy, an aggressive sales attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced inside sales environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gain solid understanding of the database analytics market
  • Drive qualified pipeline activity by following up on inbound marketing-generated leads and contact lists
  • Drive outbound call activity to targeted accounts and verticals
  • Exceed 55 prospecting calls per day
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years minimum inside sales or business development experience required
  • Experience in enterprise software or team-selling environments required
  • Experience in analytic database or associated industries is ideal
  • Productive, resourceful, positive attitude
  • Must be extremely organized and diligent in any/all follow-up activity
  • Comfortable maneuvering within an IT department
  • Collaborates and has ability to work in a team-environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills also important
